Use of Services
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. When you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time if we believe you have violated these terms or engaged in any conduct that may harm our business or other users.
Digital Products & Sales
All sales of digital products — including but not limited to courses, templates, toolkits, and downloadable resources — are final. Due to the nature of digital goods, we do not offer refunds once a purchase has been completed.
If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing a product you have purchased, please contact us at cwaffiliateinvestments@gmail.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Subscriptions
Some of our services are offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access until then.
- No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
Intellectual Property
All content, materials, software, branding, and intellectual property available through our services — including course content, documentation, source code, designs, and trademarks — are owned by CW Affiliate Investments, LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, sublicense, or publicly share any of our content or course materials without our express written permission. Purchasing a product grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use it for your own purposes only.
Third-Party Services
Some of our products and courses may involve or recommend the use of third-party services (for example, RunPod GPU instances, cloud hosting providers, or API services). You are solely responsible for any costs, accounts, and agreements associated with your use of third-party services. CW Affiliate Investments, LLC is not responsible for the availability, pricing, or terms of any third-party service.
Modifications to Services
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any of our products or services at any time, with or without notice. This includes changes to features, pricing, availability, and content. We will make reasonable efforts to notify active subscribers of significant changes that affect their access.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CW Affiliate Investments, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Our products and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content or service.
User Conduct
When using our services, you agree not to:
- Redistribute, resell, or share purchased content or course materials with others
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from our software products
- Use our services for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purpose
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of our services or the experience of other users
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the State of Wisconsin.
